He was predeceased by: his parents, Clara Elizabeth Meyer (Stone) and Walter William Meyer; and his siblings, Walter Claire Meyer, Grace Leona Ritchie, Lorna Mae Janda, Velma Pauline Harker, Ethel Lauretta Fevurly, Nevelyn Elizabeth Klein and Ivan Meyer.
He is survived by: his children, Rachelle Fisher of Rogers, Arkansas, Jonathan Meyer (Shawna) of Kansas City, Missouri, Patricia Domnanish (Stan) of Topeka, Kansas, Penelope Johnson (Dennis) of Clearwater, Kansas and Melinda Hutchison (Dan) of St. Louis Park, Minnesota.; his grandchildren, Noah Fisher, Elouise Meyer, Clara Meyer, Shelly Domnanish, Katie Domnanish, Jeremiah Johnson and Lucas Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Josey Crossley, Elliott Johnson, Pierce Johnson, Blake Johnson and Brayden Johnson.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the National Audubon Society in Frank's honor, reflecting his lifelong love of nature.
