Fred Costanza Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on April 25, 2023, at the age of 76, Fred Costanza of Independence, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Josephine and Andy Costanza; his siblings-in-law, Rose and Joe Barba; his brothers, Joe, Angelo Jr. and Gene Costanza (Babe); and his sister-in-law Patty Bloemker.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his sons, Joe and John; his daughters-in-law, Sheila and Nicky; his grandsons, Sam, Franco and Vito; his brother Leo; his siblings-in-law, Linda Odell, Flora Costanza and William Bloemker; and his godson Tony Merlo. He is also survived by numerous loving nephews, nieces, and cousins.
