We are sad to announce that on May 21, 2025, at the age of 83, Freda Mae Muprhy (Independence, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice and Mildred (Fisher); her husband Everett Murphy; her son Danny; and her siblings, Sharon Woodcock, Ronnie Van Maele, Rodney Van Maele and John Richard Van Maele.
She is survived by: her children, Everett L. Murphy (Denise) and Kim Dominick (Brian); her grandchildren, Cassandra VanNatta (Jimmy), Brittany Anthony (Travis), Andrew Dominick (Samantha) and Courtney Hays (Ben); her great grandchildren, Christian Hurshman, Tristyn Hurshman, James VanNatta, Kai Hurshman and Miles Dominick; and her siblings, Valeria Morton, Mary Bellamy (Roy), Janet Miller (Harold), Margaret Rush (Don), Judi Spake (Larry), Patty Fredle, Butch and Bobby.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 29th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Newcomer's Noland Road Chapel (509 S Noland Rd, Independence, MO 64050).
