He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Garrett and Gertrude Garrett (Davio); his wife Williametta "Billy" Garrett; and his siblings, Robert Garrett, Charles Garrett, Ruby Esser, Bonita Ryan, Margurette Kinyon and Albert Garrett.
He is survived by: his children, Henry Garrett, Jr. (Bonita), Victor Garrett (Nellie), Anna Graham, Rose Friend, Dorinda Basinger (Gary) and Crystal Burch; and his siblings, Katherine Dietzman, Lizzabelle Kranke, Hazel Moore, Emma Collister and Billy Garrett (Pat). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren.
