He was predeceased by: his parents, Campbell Collins and Gladys Collins (Montgomery); and his siblings, Lavona Russell, Ramona Shields and Campbell Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his sons, Stephen Collins, Joe Bradley and Brian Bradley; and his sister Lynett Bingaman. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
