He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Neal and Irene Neal (Kruppa); his daughter Dawn Eckstrom; and his stepdaughter Judy Rieder. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Neal (Slay); his children, Cheryl Vick, Leroy Neal, Glenda VanNess (Ray), John Rieder (Stephanie) and Bridget Wagner; and his brother Earl Neal (Caroline). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
