James Macke Obituary

He was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Wiley and Esther (Rauh) Macke; siblings: Thomas (Iola) Macke, Mary (Melbert) Haertling, and Paul Macke; nieces and nephews: John (Sharon) Haertling, Susan McClain, Sally (Bob) Sullivan, and Joyce Macke; and numerous great-nieces and nephews and a great-niece.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church - Pocahontas (286 Pocahontas Main St, Pocahontas, MO 63779). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
