He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley McQueen Sr. and Leona McQueen (Derks); his sisters, Joann Wolfer (Jim) and Marylou Caenepeel (Albert); his parents-in-law, Damon and Anna Loch; and his niece Jennifer Elliott.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Marie Loch; his sons, Mike (Andrea), Chris McQueen and Pat McQueen (Scott Carmack); his grandchildren, Chase, Kassidy, Kian, Miles, Graham, Lila and Evie; and his brother Wes (Carol). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mark Catholic Church (3736 S Lee's Summit Rd, Independence, MO 64055). A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. The inurnment was held on Saturday, July 19th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Mt Olivet Catholic Cemetery (7601 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64138).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Bishop Sullivan Center, in honor of Jim's lifelong commitment to faith and service.
