She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Butler (Greathouse) and Carl W. Butler; her parents-in-law, Ansel and Lucille Fletchall; and her daughter Tracy Denise.
She is survived by: her brother Carl Lyndon; her sister-in-law Sharon; her husband Larry Fletchall; her daughters, Lisa Gumm of Lee's Summit, MO and Jamie Malone (Robert) of Blue Springs, MO; her brother Carl L. Butler (Sharon) of Garden City, MO; and her grandchildren, Jesse, Taylor, Marissa, Emma and Aidan.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation.
