She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Baxter and Irene Baxter; her siblings, James, Lois and Linda; and her brother-in-law Larry.
She is survived by: her significant other Larry; her sons, Kenny Carpenter (Laura) and Ryan Baxter; her granddaughters, Morgan, Brooklyn, Sophia and Grace; and her sisters, Mary, Shirley and Dorothy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Royer Funeral Home (1823 N Blue Mills Rd, Independence, MO 64058). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Children's Miracle Network.
