It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerretta Lou Peterson of Independence, Missouri, born in Eldon, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lyman Jobe and Eunice Jobe (Shoemaker); her husband Delbert O. Peterson; her son Donald Peterson; and her brother Larry Jobe.

She is survived by : her son Richard Peterson; and her sister Betty Harkless. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
