He is survived by: his wife Glenda; his children, Rebecca Bishop (Rylan), Theresa Baker, Joseph Baker, Jr. and Stephen Baker (JoAnn); his grandchildren, William Bruderman (Briana), Britney Gardner (Nicholas), Andrew Neutzler (Ashley), Veronica Lucero (Alex), Colin Baker (Hannah), Madison Baker (Will) and Jackson Baker; his brothers, Dick (Barbara) and Paul (Collene); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley, Beverly and Barbara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
