He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Stacy and Frances Stacy (Lalumia); and his sisters, Andrea Jones, Shirley Counti, Mary Walker and Rita Steffes.
He is survived by: his sons, David Stacy, Bryon Stacy and Aaron Stacy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other extended family.
