She was predeceased by: her sisters, Wilma Nolte of Higginsville and Betty Hursman of Raytown, Missouri.. She is survived by: her brother Earl Speas (Sara) of San Francisco; her son Michael Frasher (Paige); and her spouse Finis Frasher (Bob).
