She was predeceased by: her parents, John W Hatfield and Grace Ann Hatfield (Owens). She is survived by: her sister-in-law Rosemary Hatfield of Independence, MO. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
Her successful transition through the experience of Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia was difficult; the family appreciates all your efforts at making her life comfortable and peaceful. In lieu of flowers the family would suggest donations to VNA Of Kansas City, the Alzheimer's Association of Kansas City, or to any no-kill shelter or animal welfare organization in June's honor.
