He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Floriman, Lucille Andrews, Ernest and Della Kyes; his aunt Susan Wilson; his uncle Dennis Kyes; and his mother-in-law Barbara Machajewski.
He is survived by: his wife Katie Andrews; his daughters, Emily Andrews and Chloe Andrews; his sisters, Heather Dalton (Cade), Kiersten Moreno (Robert) and Bethany Szczepanski (Steve); his parents, David Andrews and Diana Andrews (Kyes); his siblings' children, Haylee Andrews-Kesler, Jake Renton, Reese Moreno, Jordan Moreno, Dean Moreno, Della Szczepenski and Andrew Szczepenski; his brother-in-law Ryan Machajewski; and his father-in-law Jerry Machajewski.
