He was predeceased by: his parents, Douglas Ford and Mildred Moore; his siblings, Loretta Sue Carmack, Charles D. Ford, Carolyn Heldenbrand, Michael Wayne Ford and Helen Shewelling; and his daughter Donna Doyal.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Ford; and his daughters, Carrie Martin, Lori Martin and Tammy Williams. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
