She was predeceased by: her parents, John Elliott and Maxine Elliott (Reynolds); and her husband Joseph Alfred "Al" Landis. She is survived by: her children, Denny Landis, Nikki Landis, Joseph Landis Jr., Peggy Parsons (Mike), Christi Dickey (Jack), Scott Landis, Jennifer Seerden, Holly Phillips (Jamie) and Stephanie Shonfelt; and her sister Cheryle Kjelshus (John). She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; thirty-six great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Royer New Salem Funeral Home (1823 N Blue Mills Rd, Independence, MO 64058). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
