She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Sr. Chase and Hazel Chase (Macomber); her son William Blake; her brothers, Jan Chase (Judy), James Chase (Beverly) and Rev. Jerry Chase (Julie); her niece Kristina Chase; and her cousin Kevin Bleile.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Blake (Julia) of Iowa City, IA, Theresa Blake of Dubuque, IA, Brendalyn Blake of Shawnee, KS and Susan Royster (Ken) of Lee's Summit, MO.; her grandchildren, Giovanni Caniglia (Tohco) of Overland Park, KS, Logan Faley of Lee's Summit, MO and William Royster of Independence, MO; her great grandchildren, Braelyn and Olivia Faley; and her siblings, Sharon Schwein (Richard) of Calamus, IA, Leonard, Jr. Chase (Patty) of Basco, IL and Andy Chase of Manchester, IA..
