He is survived by: his wife Mary Duffin; his children, Kathy Welt (Darin) and Greg Duffin (Sarah); his grandchildren, Joshua Welt (Mackenzie), Grant Welt (Victoria), Michelle Duffin and Daniel Duffin; and his brother Frank Swygert (Sherrie).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The Summit Church to support the local community.
