Michael will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Ganaden and Opal Ganaden (Smith); his wife Lynda; and his siblings, Morris (Genny), Robert and Deloris (Tom).
He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Ganaden and David Ganaden (Patty). He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Heartland Cremation & Burial Society (6113 Blue Ridge Blvd, Raytown, MO 64133). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Veterans Community Project.
