He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy; his parents, Lela Elizabeth and Harris Neal Holmes; and his son Todd Brian Holmes. He is survived by: his children, Brigitte Spinski of Blue Springs, MO, Michelle Kia of Overland Park, KS, Troy Holmes of Kansas City, MO and Anthony Holmes of Columbia, MO; his sister Sherrill Callahan of Kansas City, MO.; and his granddaughter Annie Peterson of Lee's Summit, MO. He is also survived by 4 great-grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055).
