He is survived by: his son Michael "Mick" John Jr.; his brothers, Bob Lassen and Jim Lassen; his sons, Troy Lassen (Melody) and Jared Lassen; his grandchildren, Reace Lassen, Harmony Laughlin (Logan Laughlin), Aubrey Lassen, Julia Lassen, Faith Lassen, Joyana Lassen and Raina Lassen; and his great grandchildren, Winona Laughlin and Alighieri Laughlin.
