It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Michael Alexander Nickell of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on December 2, 2020, at the age of 17, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Cecil Nickell, Jim Hodge, Bob and Pat Vest. He is survived by: his mother Amy Yuelle (Larry); his brothers, Kristian and Bryce Hakes; his grandparents, Roger and Linda Nickell; and his great-grandparent Norma Hodge (Nickell). He is also survived by numerous cousins who loved him like a brother and several aunts, uncles, family and friends.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Michael Nickell Memorial Fund.
