She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Jason "Ernie" Elrod, Bernice M. Ross, and Dorothy Elrod (stepmother); spouse: William F. Hoffman, Jr.; children: Kent (Jennifer) Hoffman, Terri Hoffman, and William "Dustin" Hoffman; grandchildren: Clayton Hoffman, Alexis Hoffman, and Miles Hoffman; siblings: Jerry (Jan) Elrod and David (Carol) Hatela; other: Jerry and Jan Elrod (also mentioned in travel); and multiple nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Speaks Suburban Chapel (18020 East 39th St S, Independence, MO 64055). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mose Clark Cemetery.
In honor of Nancy's life and her spirit of giving, contributions may be made to Hospice by John Knox Village or Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Jefferson City, Missouri.
