Nancy Lee Ogle Obituary
We announce the death of Nancy Lee Ogle of Independence, Missouri, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 92. Nancy will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Roy and Florence Benefiel; and her brothers, Billy Benefiel (Gayle) and Larry Benefiel (Marilyn). She is survived by: her husband Eugene Ogle; her children, Daniel Ogle (Rhonda) of Independence, Missouri, Lori Marshall (Bill) of Liberty, Missouri, Elaine Charboneau (Rob) of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Susan Maxwell (Jeff) of Overland Park, Kansas; her siblings, Teddy Benefiel (Sandy) and Betty Drehle (Larry); her son-in-law Rob Charboneau; her grandson Grant Ogle; and her great grandchild Cole Riemann. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 21st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Fraternal Order of Police (18300 MO-78, Independence, MO 64057).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made in her honor to the Noland Road Lions Club 601 E Red Road Independence, MO 64055.
