She is survived by: her sons, Levi Chambers (Kerry) of Grain Valley, MO and Caleb Chambers (Leigh) of Independence, MO; her grandchildren, Jesse Chambers (Sara) of Blue Springs, MO, Raylan, Colt Chambers of Grain Valley, MO and Astrid Jones of Lee's Summit, MO; and her siblings, Denise Coakley of Pembroke, GA, Michael Coakley (Brenda) of Richlands, NC and James R. Coakley of Fort Meyers, FL.
