She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Barney "Boone" Brunetti Jr. and Ruby Brunetti; stepfather: Dale Weir; children: Brenton Cotter (Stephanie) and Cara Cotter; grandchildren: Boston, Lainey and Jamison; former husband: Craig Cotter; preceded in death by: two sisters, a nephew and a niece.
A reception will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Royer's New Salem Funeral Home (1823 N Blue Mills Rd, Independence, MO 64058).
Peggy was unable to be an organ donor herself, however, her family's wish is for anyone able to consider the gift of organ donation.
