He is survived by: his former wife Donna Middleton; his children, Reynold Middleton (Elizabeth), Rachelle Cornelius (Dave), Renee Bussen (Chris), Roxane Hager and Ryun Middleton (Tricia); and his brother Dale Middleton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
