He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy; his granddaughter Tara Simer; his brother Walter Crook; and his parents, Marc Crook and Helen Crook.
He is survived by: his daughter Wendy Simer (Brian); his grandchildren, Tia Roszell (Deven), Talynn Tann (Andrew) and Trenten Simer (Jennifer); and his great grandchild Titus Tann.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made to St Jude's.
