He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Dike and Dora Dike; his daughter Rhonda Reyes; and his siblings, Dorothy Clark, Sonny Dike, Emily Doutt and Jerry Dike.
He is survived by: his wife Muriel Dike; his daughter Sarah Parker; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Parker, Nick Ottens (Patience), Brandon Ottens (Nicole) and Kim Parker. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association in his memory.
