She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Weidman (Pappy) and Lillian Finnley (Mimi); her former husbands, Eugene Scarbrough and Oscar Highlander Jr. (Bug) of Platte City, MO; her husband William Neal Canole of Platte City; her sister Debbie Moon; and her daughters, Susan Stewart and Cheryl Wright.
She is survived by: her son Steve Highlander (Renee) of Independence, MO; and her sons-in-law, Rod Stewart of Atlanta, GA and Mike Moon of Gladstone. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and numerous great and great-great-grandchildren.
