He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gresham and Mabel "Marie" Gresham; and his siblings, Donald, Roger, Harold, Phillip, Rose Marie and Lucy.
He is survived by: his wife Alice F. Gresham of Kansas City, Missouri; his children, Jenny Drake of Ottawa, Belinda "Holly" Evans of Wellsville, Phillip Gresham of Rogersville, Amy Hamilton (Reg) of Wellsville, Katrine Stanley of Kansas City and Joshua Howell-Stanley (David) of Kansas City; and his granddaughter Tiffany Buerkle (Johnny) of Kansas City, Missouri. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
