She was predeceased by: her parents, Christian Arthur and Edna Pfleiderer Ruoff; her husband Charles F. Constance of Cameron; her daughter Jane Christie; and her sister Marilyn Plowman (Gary).

She is survived by: her children, Doug Constance (Donna) of Buena Vista, Marcia Darling of Baton Rouge, Karen Hansford (James) of Columbia, Joyce Constance White (Jason) of Independence and Eric Constance (Lisa) of Rolla, Missouri; her grandchildren, Scott Constance (Vinutha), Brian Constance (Allison), Ryan Darling, Ethan Darling, Kristen Constance Easley (Randel), Tyler White and Trevor Constance (Kara); her siblings, Twila Constance (Duane) of Stewartsville, Missouri and Norman Doyle Ruoff (Charlotte) of Gladstone, Missouri.; and her friend P. O. Box. She is also survived by five greatgrandchildren.
