He was predeceased by: his father Edward Dewayne Talley. He is survived by: his mother Sheila Ann Johnson; his stepparents, Robert Johnson and Pam Talley; his sister Stephanie Young (John); his stepsiblings, Lauren Howell (Chris) and Adam Mallard; his nieces and nephews, Trevor, Alex, Zachary, Kynsey, Jane, Chloe, Cynthia and Meadow; his uncles, John, Robert, Lester and Wesley; and his aunt Patty. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be made toward Thomas' headstone and burial expenses.
