He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Verhulst. He is survived by: his wife Vivian Verhulst (Clarkson); his father Allan Verhulst; his siblings, Tim (Anne), Kevin (Linda), Dan Verhulst (Danette) and Valerie Venerdi (Mike); and his children, Alex Pacheco and Tiffany Verhulst. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
