She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Henry Fieth and Emma Marie Fieth (Boedeker). She is survived by: her former husband Vernon Henry Klussman; her husband Edwin Knoche; and her daughters, Donna Short (Kenneth) and Carol Simmons (Rick).
In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made in Virginia's honor to the American Cancer Society.
