He is survived by: his wife Martha Ellsworth; his children, Rhonda (Kevin Valentine) of Lee's Summit, Missouri and Greg Ellsworth (Erin) of McKinney, Texas; and his brother Don Ellsworth (Kathleen) of Mineola, Texas. He is also survived by six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren.
