She was predeceased by: her husband James Burford; her sister Mary Lucille Young (Herzel); her brothers-in-law, Jim Young and Vaden Smith; her son-in-law Mark Wellington; her sister-in-law Iris Osborn (Burford); and her in-laws, Don, Shirley Burford, Bill and Wanda Burford.
She is survived by: her siblings, Delwyn Herzel (Mary), Larry Herzel (Nancy) and Loretta Smith; and her children, James Burford II (Laurie), Gary Burford (Deena), Dwight Burford (Pam), Nancy Burke (Kim) and Alice Wellington. She is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
