He was predeceased by: his mother Vivian Moylan Snow; his brother John Snow; and his father-in-law Raymond H. Theiling. He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his children, Bill, Wendy, Anna Snow (Kieran Ojakangas), Kaleigh Snow and Jacob Snow (Kai Thomas); his grandchildren, Rainn Hutcherson, Mari-Alis Breedlove and Oscar Snow; his sister Trisha Snow; his mother-in-law Frances Theiling; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Theiling and Carrie Theiling. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family will be accepting blankets and tents for the unhoused in Bill's honor, which can be brought to St. Mark.
