He is survived by: his wife Linda Horner; his children, William "Guy" Horner, Jr. (Joy) of Independence and Sherrie Horner of Independence; his grandson Jason Horner of Independence; and his siblings, Louise Corder, Belle Willmann, Melanie Jo Tichenor, Janie Harvey, Charles Horner, Pat Horner and Mike Horner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
