She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Orville King and Grace Taylor King of Independence, Missouri.; her husband Vernon Case of Independence; her grandson Casey Joe Wapskineh; her daughters, Karen Case, Kendra Case and Kyla Case; her grandchildren, Shane Wapskineh (Kyla), Jessica Sidebottom (Shane) and Christy Ledford; and her great grandchildren, Layla Wapskineh, Ella Wapskineh, Calla Wapskineh, Wyatt Sidebottom, Reed Sidebottom, Cole Sidebottom, Asher Ledford and Addison Ledford.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Winnie's memory to The Baptist Friendship House serving homeless women and children and fighting against human trafficking in New Orleans, LA.
