He was predeceased by : his parents, Carl Richard and Mary Josephine Siegel (Byren); his brother John Robert Siegel; his niece Cathy White; and his daughter-in-law Tonja Siegel (Lawson).

He is survived by : his wife Leola May Shelton; his sons, Edwin "Rick" Siegel (Janet), Eugene "Tom" Siegel and Edward "Ted" Siegel (Tonji); his grandchildren, Shannon Carr (Jason), Nikki Jarrett (Joe), Danny Siegel (Debra), Kristin Siegel (Josh), Kayla Whelehon (Corey), Aaron Asher, Abby Asher and Andrew Asher; and his nieces, Cynthia Berry and Christine Kroeger. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 23rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Desloge Chapel (1116 N Desloge Dr, Desloge, MO 63601). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the BIG River Cemetery.
