He is survived by: his father David Ivan Mayo, Sr.; his children, Andy Mayo (Kami) of Bismarck, MO and Ashton Lindsey (Phil) of Jackson, MO; his grandchildren, Harry, Bryson and Adalee; the mother of his children Laura Mayo; his sister Pam Dumey (John) of Jackson, MO; and his close friend Laura Covington. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cornerstone Cafe in care of the Centenary United Methodist Church of Bonne Terre, MO.
