She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Parmer and Jacquelyn Harbison Parmer; and her sister Cindy DeMand. She is survived by: her husband Allan Turner; her children, Joshua, Matthew Turner of Reidsville and Erin Davis (Brent) of Red Springs; her sister Leslie Parmer Braun (Jim) of Aurora, IL.; her grandchildren, Sawyer, Emelynne and Wyatt Davis; and her sisters-in-law, Jean Cross of Poplar Bluff, MO and Joanne Propst (Gary) of Pace, FL..
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Cole Family Funeral Home (210 E Reynolds St, Ironton, MO 63650).
In lieu of flowers, donations are asked to be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, which was near and dear to Penny.
