Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cole Family Funeral Home (210 E Reynolds St, Ironton, MO 63650). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.

“I knew Sammy as a child. He was younger than me, so his older sister Linda was my playmate. Sammy almost daily, made his trek from his house to ours and would follow my mother around telling her his latest conquests. He had an amazing imagination which is very healthy in one so young. My mom always treated the neighborhood kids to treats. Plus she took time to listen to them and show them attention, which they all loved. So sad to hear of his passing. My greatest sympathy to his family.”
