She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry E. Lichtenegger and Mabel H. Swan Lichtenegger; her husbands, Vernon Schoen and Kenneth Popp; her son Vernon Gale Schoen; her siblings, Charles Lichtenegger (Geneva), Harvey Lichtenegger (Alyce), Violet Johnson (Vernon) and LaVerne Puchbauer (Floyd); and her stepsons, Kevin Popp and Wayne Popp.
She is survived by: her sons, Bruce Schoen (Brenda) of Oak Ridge, William Schoen of Oak Ridge and Terry Schoen of Oak Ridge; and her daughter-in-law Linda Schoen (late Vernon) of Oak Ridge. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Memorials may take the form of contributions to the Southeast Hospital Cancer Center.
