He was predeceased by: his mother Janet Sue Lilly Milde; and his grandparents, Frank Albert Sr., Louise Anna Schaper Milde and Gladys Lilly. He is survived by: his father Frank A. Milde Jr. of Jackson; his son Zachary Chapman of Cape Girardeau; his siblings, Craig Milde of Cape Girardeau and Leeann Otten (Marco); and his nibling Xander of Jackson.
