He is survived by : his parents, Paul "Butch" Meier and Eileen Hartmann Meier; his wife Paula Meier; his children, Josey, Gracyn and Baxter Meier; his brother Greg Meier (Lesley); and also Kevin Eftink of Park Hills, Missouri.
