He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold M. Draper and Catherine M. McEachern Draper; his grandson Brandon Jones; and his stepson-in-law Adonis Valsamins. He is survived by: his wife Carol Draper of Jackson; his children, Laura Bolesta (Edward Steven) of Webster Groves and Charles Thomas Draper, Jr. of Madison, Wisconsin; his granddaughter Brigitte (Jay Nelson); his great grandchild Olivia Nelson; his family Tom; his stepchildren, Kimberly Michelle Valsamis of Bellport and John Stanfield (Anya) of Middleton, Massachusetts; his grandchildren, Waverley Stanfield, John B. Stanfield, Megan Swanson (Ralph) and Katlyn Sevian (Greg); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Braydon, Athena and Ryan; Patrick Dean (Joyce Smith) of Cape Girardeau.
